Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the absolute quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error (such as an incorrect print), we will take full responsibility.

If you receive a flawed item, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number and a clear photograph of the defect or issue.

  3. Once verified, we will immediately arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you, or provide a full refund, according to your preference.
